Main Ingredients

1 Ripe banana

1/2 cup organic pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling)

1/2 cup peanutbutter (crunchy or smooth or other nut butter of choice!)

2 tbsp coconut flour

2 tbsp apple sauce

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or equal parts cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves)

1/4 tsp salt

1/3 cup choc chips (i used lily's brand vegan/stevia - sweetened kind to health - ify even more)

Preparation

1Mix everything in a stand mixer or large bowl. Add chocolate chips last. Once combined. Pour into greased 8x8 pan & bake @350 for 30 min. Then do your best not to eat the entire batch in 1 sitting.
