Main Ingredients

for the meatballs:

1 pound ground beef

1 pound ground lamb

1/4 cup finely diced red onion

2 tablespoons minced garlic

1 tablespoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried dill

1 teaspoon lemon pepper

1 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon coriander
