1 cup rum (light or dark is fine)
3/4 cup pineapple-orange juice
1/4 cup cream of coconut
1In a cocktail shaker, combine the rum, juice and coconut with ice. Shake vigorously to mix.
2Pour into cocktails glasses. Sprinkle with nutmeg and enjoy!
Condensed milk works well as a substitute for cream of coconut. If you'd really miss that coconut flavor, use Malibu rum OR add coconut shavings to your cocktail!
