Cool and creamy oatmeal

3 cups your choice unsweetened, non-dairy milk (i used almond, but please don't use soy)
2 tbsp chia seeds, whole
2 tbsp flax seeds, whole
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup (or a bit more for good measure) fresh or frozen berries.
1Place in a glass container and combine all ingredients, cover, and store in fridge overnight.
Makes about 4- 1 cup servings and is a great pack-along for your mid-morning snack attack, just make sure to store it in the fridge.
