Oven Roasted Cod + Cherry Tomatoes

1 filet of cod fish
6 - 8 cherry tomatoes
1 the juice of lemon
2 tbsp of olive oil
salt + pepper
1Preheat your oven to 400F. Cut your cherry tomatoes in half and drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper and dried herbs. Place in your roasting pan. Follow by placing the cod in the roasting pan and drizzle with the same ingredients as the tomatoes. Pour the juice of 1 lemon all over the fish. Bake for 12-15 min.
