Oven Roast Chicken
I love this recipe because it's so versatile! The spice combination never needs to be the same twice.

1 whole chicken
oil or melted butter
your spice of choice
1Preheat oven to 300°F
2Take a chicken..
3Lather it in oil or butter (to your preference)
4Spice thing up
5I never use the same combination twice! Today is a combination of fresh ground pepper, dried onion and dried rosemary.
6Rub the spices all over your chicken
7Yup get your hands dirty.. And love it
8Cover in tinfoil (Shiny side up)
9Bake with the tinfoil for 1h 30min
10At the hour and 30 minute point remove the tinfoil and bake for another 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
11Chicken will be done when the internal temperature hits 165°F
