Golden Milk Oats
1/3 cup oats pinch turmeric pinch cinnamon pinch ground ginger pinch black pepper 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk or water

pinch black pepper
2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk/oat milk or water or dairy milk
1In a microwave safe bowl or mason jar add all ingredients
2Microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds
3Add more milk or water if needed
Alternate Preparation Method: 1) Add all dry ingredients into a bowl 2) Bring 2/3 cup of water or milk (of preferred choice) to a boil 3) Pour hot water or milk onto dry ingredients and mix 4) Let stand for 2-5 minute until thickened
