Olive Oil Garlic Bread
A distinctive twist on a classic pasta side. We love this drizzled with one of our earthy infused olive oils, such as rosemary, Tuscan herb, or Mediterranean blend (all available at The Cookery or at cookeryshops.com)

3 garlic cloves minced
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup robust olive oil
1Preheat oven to 350°.
2Slice the baguette horizontally being careful not to slice all the way through the loaf. All the slices should remain connected.
3In a small pot over medium heat add the butter and garlic. Once melted, pour the butter mixture between each slice of the baguette.
4Wrap the baguette in foil and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Before serving drizzle the olive oil over top and serve.
