Oil Infused Cinnamon Rolls
A modern day twist on the traditional Cinnamon Roll recipe using Young Living Essential Oils
Prep Time: 00:50
Cook Time: 00:45
bottom of pan:
1/3 c honey
1/4 c melted butter
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c chopped pecans
1 oz. milk (heat in microwave minute)
1 3/4 t. salt
2 t butter
4 cups bread flour
2 t sugar
2 1/2 t. dry yeast
1/2 c melted butter
3 drops young living essential cinnamon vitality oil
1/2 c granulated sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1Put all ingredients in bread maker and make bread dough. If you do not have a bread maker, you can purchase unbaked bread or rolls in the freezer section of the grocery store, and thaw.
2While the bread maker is making bread, prepare bottom of a 13 X 9 inch oblong cake pan by spraying with oil, then heat the butter, brown sugar, and honey together until melted, and place in the bottom of the pan.
3Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
4Roll out dough to 22 by 14 inches.
6Add Young Living Essential Cinnamon Vitality Oil to melted butter and stir, and pour on dough.
7Sprinkle sugar mixture on top of butter, patting down with spatula.
8Roll jellyroll fashion, starting with long edge.
9Slice into 10-20 rolls. Place cut side down on prepared pan.
10Put in warm place (I put in warm oven, and cover the top with wax paper and a towel to keep heat in).
11et rise for 45 minutes until doubled.
12Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. As soon as you remove from the oven, turn rolls over into another cake pan or cookie sheet so that the nut mixture is on top.
