Oil Free Arugula & Basil Pesto

Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until there are no large pieces left and everything is well mixed. If you would like a thinner consistency, add in a tablespoon or two of water and process again. Add in salt to taste, don't put too much in at first because pesto can easily get too salty. This should make enough pesto for four people to enjoy!
