Oatmeal Coconut Energy Bar

Pour oatmeal, coconut, almond butter, raw honey, raisins and chocolate chunks into a food processor. Pulse on low on and off for 5-10 minutes. Scrapping sides if it sticks. Do not over process. Mix enough so the oatmeal is well covered. After thoroughly mixed. Use a 1/4 measuring cup to form the bars. Measure them out so you will have 12 mini energy bars

4 cups oatmeal (old-fashioned)

1 cup organic shredded coconut (unsweetened)

1/2 cup natural almond butter

1/2 cup raw honey

1/2 cup raisins

1/4 cup cocoa dark chocolate mini chunks

Preparation
