Oat Peach Bars

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, mix the oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt together. In a separate bowl, mix the almond milk, maple syrup, egg and vanilla extract together. 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats

1 tsp baking powder

2 tsp cinnamon

pinch of salt

2/3 cup almond milk

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 egg

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 ripe bananas, mashed

2 cups frozen peaches or berries
