Nutty Pumpkin Cake
This delicious bundt cake is the perfect finishing to any kind of meal!

3 c. flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 tsp pumpkin spice
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
15 oz can pumpkin
for the frosting:
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp almond milk
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2Sift together dry ingredients and set aside
3In a large bowl, beat eggs on low speed, gradually adding sugar; beat until thick
4Continue beating constantly; add oil.
5Continue beating at low speed, alternately adding dry ingredients and pumpkin, ending with dry ingredients.
6Pour batter into greased Bundt pan and bake for one hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
7Cool in pan for ten minutes.
8Turn out onto platter to cool completely.
9Mix together all ingredients for the frosting except the walnuts.
10Spread frosting over the top of the cooled cake.
11Sprinkle with walnuts.
