Nut Butter Goodies
Delicious, sugar-free substitute to satisfy a sweet tooth and add a happy dose of protein for the fitness enthusiast.

1 cup all natural (preferably organic) nut butter
1 large ripe banana, mashed
2 scoops of your favorite protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp maple syrup
2 tbsp soaked sunflower seeds
3/4 cups rolled oats
1Mix all in a food processor until dough is firm enough to roll.
2Roll into walnut sized balls and enjoy.
3Makes approximate 20 balls.
Keep refrigerated until serving. Stays fresh for about 1 week.
