Main Ingredients

1/3 c rolled oats

1 c plant based milk

1 c spinach

cinnamon to taste


1Place oats in a 4 oz container with a lid.

2Blend spinach and plant based milk until smooth.

3Pour milk mixture over oats. Stir and season as desired. Cover and place in the refrigerator. The oats will absorb the moisture overnight and be perfectly prepped! Eat them cold or heat briefly in the microwave!
