Nonna's Famous Meatballs

I loved my grandma's famous meatballs. They were the best and when my uncles used to tell me that Grandma wasn't a good cook, I didn't believe them because these were so amazing.

Main Ingredients

2 lbs of grass-fed beef

2 tb chopped parsley

1 slice bakerly brioche

2 tb milk

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp garlic salt

2 6 oz can of tomato paste

2 15 oz jar of tomato sauce

1" piece of parmesan cheese rind


1Soak the brioche in the milk and mix with the beef.

2Add the oregano, parsley and garlic salt and form meatballs.

3In a large stockpot, add the tomato paste and tomato sauce and bring to a boil.

4Add Parmesan rind and then add the meatballs and simmer on low heat for about 2 hours, or until the meatballs are done (reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F).

5Serve with spaghetti and green salad, like Grandma did.
