No Fuss Mediterranean Tuna Salad

1 can of tonnino wild caught tuna in extra virgin olive oil with oregano
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives
1/4 cup fresh feta cheese
2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
optional: chopped raw english cucumber, and cherry tomatoes to taste
optional: salt and pepper to taste
1Remove tuna filets from the jar with a fork and place in a medium bowl.
2Pour lemon juice on tuna, and 1-2 tbsp of olive oil from the tonnino jar, mixing with a fork. I like to get the oil from the bottom of the jar so it has more herbs/spices/flavor in it. Option to add salt and pepper here but I found it to be flavorful enough without it.
3Next mix in olives and red onion. Then mix in feta.
4Serve on top of your favorite toast or a salad (I like mine served on my paleo magic bread recipe) with tomatoes and cucumbers.
5Note, if you are serving on top of greens, you can use the rest of the olive oil from the Tonnino jar to dress it, with a drizzle of balsamic and you are good to go!
