No Bake Peanut Butter Bars
This recipe requires minimal cooking skills, except for double broiling, to melt the chocolate. Its pretty easy actually! These are so delicious that you will devour them quickly and not want to share.

1 cup butter, melted
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
4 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon smoked sea salt (optional)
1In a medium bowl, mix together the butter or margarine, graham cracker crumbs, confectioners' sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter until well blended.
2Press evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 inch pan.
3In a metal bowl over simmering water, or in the microwave, melt the chocolate chips with the 4 Tbs. peanut butter, stirring occasionally until smooth. Spread over the prepared crust.
4If desired sprinkle on smoked sea salt. Refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into squares, then another hour to fully set.
You can make these thinner if you wish by spreading the graham crack mixture on a 1/4 sheet pan. Cooking time includes refrigeration.
