Main Ingredients

base:

1/2 cup cashews

1/2 cup almonds

3 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp water

1/4 tsp cinnamon

dash sea salt

filling:

1/4 cup water

1/2 cup melted coconut oil

3/4 cup almond butter

2 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp rawsome whole food meal (optional-you can use any healthy booster here collagen, protein powder, etc. )

chocolate covering:

90 percent cacao chocolate bar, i used lint (at least 75%)

Preparation

1In a blender/magic bullet or food processor, pulse above base ingredients until a dough consistency is reached. If using a magic bullet, pulse in 15 second increments.

2Grab a loaf pan and line with parchment paper. Press the base into pan and freeze for about 10 mins.

3Using the same blending device, pulse filling ingredients until combined. Pour and spread evenly over chilled base in loaf pan. Freeze for about 2 hours or until firm.

4Cut frozen bars into about 8-10 squares/rectangles.

5Melt chocolate bar in a shallow bowl and then dip squares into chocolate mixture. Do this quickly as the chocolate may solidify fast at room temperature.

6Place bars on parchment paper and freeze again, I like to leave overnight or at least 3 hours.

7Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy this delish dessert!
