My Very Own Overnight Oats

250 ml milk or milk alternatives (e.g almond milk, rice milk)
50 g rolled oats
1 teaspoon chia seeds/flaax seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
handful nuts and/or seeds
1 scoop whey poweder/pea protein powder
handful dried fruits (e.g figs, cranberries)
1 tablespoon cacao nibs
1Mix milk with oats, chia/flaax seeds and cinnamon and let soak for about an hour or overnight
2add your favorite toppings
