1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced

1/4 cup cilantro chopped, add more to taste

1 avocado, chopped

1/4 cup canola oil

1/4 cup rocky mountain vinegar works red wine vinegar

salt to taste

Preparation
