Main Ingredients

1 lb stew meat with fat trimmed

1 medium onion

2 cayenne pepper (diced)

1 14.5 oz can stewed tomatoes

8 oz frozen mixed vegetables

1 cup cabbage shredded

1 clove garlic pressed

1 tbsp basil dried

1 tbsp oregano dried

1 6 oz can tomatoes paste

1 15 oz can red beans (drained (optional)

1 tsp salt

4 cups water

1 small zucchini diced (add in the last hour of cooking)
