Millet Coconut Porridge

50 g millet
100 g water
50 g coconut milk
1 - 2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 zest of lemon
1 medium pear
1 tsp brown sugar
1 pinch of cinnamon
1preheat oven to 200 degrees
2half the pear, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
3place on a baking tray with the sugar side up and bake for about 15-20min
4in the meantime, place millet, water, coconut milk, vanilla extract and lemon zest in a saucepan and put on medium to high heat.
5bring to boil, reduce heat and let it simmer for about 20min
7serve in a bowl, top with the pear and additional cinnamon or maple syrup
