Mexican Ground Beef Cauliflower Rice (gluten-free, Low-carb, Paleo)

In a lightly-greased, medium-sized skillet, brown ground beef. Remove from pan and set aside, but do not clean pan. In same pan, add onion, garlic, and spices, and cook until fragrant, about 1 to 2 minutes. Add cauliflower rice, and saute until just sender, about 2 minutes. 1/2 tsp cumin

1/4 tsp cayenne

1/4 tsp salt

2 cups riced cauliflower

1/2 cup canned diced tomatoes and green chiles

1 tbsp tomato paste

Preparation
