The servings are based on the type of biscuits you use and how many come in the pack. You'll also have plenty of leftover meat with this recipe, so just be aware of that and adjust as you need to! This recipe is super versatile and you can use whatever fillings you want.

1 lb beef roast
1 packet of roast seasoning
can of refrigerated biscuits
butter or spray to grease the pan
1Put the roast and seasoning in the crock pot and set to low. Cook for 8 hours.
2Once the meat has cooked, take it out of the crock pot and shred it. Reserve the "gravy" created in crock pot.
3Roll out each biscuit into a flat circle, about a 1/4" thick. I sandwich each biscuit between two pieces of wax paper to do this to minimize the mess.
4Spoon the meat onto half of the circle–be careful to not overfill. Top with cheese.
5Fold over the other side of the dough and use a fork to seal it closed.
6Grease a cookie sheet with butter or spray. Place each pie down with about an inch between each one.
7Bake according the instructions for you biscuits. Use the reserved "gravy" as a dipping sauce. Enjoy!
