Matcha Balls

1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup almonds

1/2 cup cashews

3 pitted dates

1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp melted coconut oil

1/4 cup almond milk
