1 per cup of mushrooms:
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil (i use )
4 tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp salt
2 Cloves garlic
2 tsp red pepper flakes
1Combine all but mushrooms and bring all to boil
2Reduce to simmer and add mushrooms
3Stir on med-low for 10 mins.
4Refrigerate at least 1 hr
