Mariah's Sugar-free Chocolates
These are a versatile sugar-free chocolate recipe, sweetened with maple syrup. If you don't care for stevia, it can be omitted. Flavourings can be changed, and fruit or nuts can be added. Enjoy!

1 cup coconut oil, melted
1 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 squirts stevia
1/2 tsp vanilla
flavouring-orange, licorice, mint, coconut
1Whisk all ingredients together thoroughly, using hand or stand mixer. Pour into loaf pan lined with parchment paper, lined muffin tins, or chocolate molds.
2Garnish as desired.
3Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes, cut and serve.
If you choose to add fruit or nuts, gently fold them into the other ingredients just before pouring into the molds. Mariah sprinkles hers with cocoa nibs, which give some added texture.
