Main Ingredients

1 heaping cup mangoes

1 cup frozen peaches

1 juice and some pulp from navel orange

2 medjool dates, remove pits and stems

2 big handfuls of spinach

1 zucchini, chopped

1/2 to 1 cup water (see directions)

12 i also add a spray of my vitamin b spray to this, but that is optional.
