Main Ingredients

1/2 banana

1/2 cup frozen mango

1 handful of kale

1 inch lemon grass

5 - 10 sprigs wheat grass

1 cup raw apple juice or 1/2 apple + 1 cup water


1Place all ingredients in blender and blend.

Additional Notes

Wheat Grass comes in baggies and can be frozen for future use. Lemon Grass comes in stalks. I cut it into 1 inch pieces and place in freezer for future use.
