1 tsp. grated fresh turmeric

2 cloves garlic

1/2 cup fresh cilantro

1 tsp. coriander seeds

2 tbsp. quality extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup tahini

spring water (optional if you want thinner hummus)

1/2 tsp salt (or to your taste)

3/4 tsp. black pepper (or to your taste)

black sesame seeds and cilantro sprigs for garnish

Preparation
