Main Ingredients

3 cups rolled oats (gf if needed)

5 cups water

1 banana

1/2 cup strawberries

Preparation

1Bring water to a boil. Once boiling, add fruit and change heat setting to low. After 5 minutes, remove from heat and blend with an immersion blender until smooth. Spoon oatmeal into silicone muffin pan. Once cool, place in freezer. Once frozen, pop frozen oatmeal portions out of pan and store in freezer safe container. (Freezer bags work great!)

2To serve, defrost in microwave or overnight in the refrigerator. Next, heat with almond milk (or other milk) and mix until soupy consistency. Add nuts, raisins or fresh fruit!

3Have fun playing with flavors! I always use a banana, but use lots of combinations of flavors along with it. Some of my family's favorites include: peach and peanut butter... pineapple, mango, strawberry... peanut butter & cacao and...blueberry, strawberry, pineapple
