Main Ingredients

1 1/2 taza de leche vegana (soya, almendra, arroz, cashew, avena, hemp)

1/2 taza de aceite de coco

3 cdas. de nutritional yeast o nooch

1 cda. de maicena (o fécula de maíz)

1 cdta. cúrcuma (turmeric)

1 cdta de sal (sugerido, pero puedes ajustar a tu gusto o necesidad)

1/2 papa mediana/grande o 1 pequeña (hervida)

1/2 yuca pequeña o 1/3 mediana/grande (hervida y sin la "vena")

1/2 zanahoria mediana/grande o 1 pequeña (hervida)

Preparation

1Hierve las viandas.

2Mezcla todos los ingredientes en una licuadora.

3Pasa la mezcla a una cacerola u olla a fuego mediano.

4Mezcla por alrededor de 5-7 minutos hasta que espese.
