Low Cholesterol Pancakes
My husband was put on a low cholesterol diet so I made him some pancakes this weekend, trying to keep the recipe healthy. This was the recipe that I came up with:
Prep Time: 00:10
Cook Time: 00:15
2 1/2 cups wheat flour
2 t baking powder
2 t sugar
1 t low sodium salt
2 1/2 cups water
2 - 3 drops young living cinnamon vitality oil
1 t extra virgin olive oil
1 t vanilla
1Mix dry ingredients, add all other ingredients, and stir slightly.
2Do not over-mix or pancakes will not rise.
3Let sit for 15 minutes.
4Drop onto hot griddle to cook.
5Makes 10 large pancakes
