Main Ingredients

1/2 cup raspberries and/or blackberries

1/2 cup mint, loosely packed

1/4 cup fresh lime juice (4 tbsp, 2 fl oz)

2 - 4 tbsp swerve or 10- 20 drops liquid stevia

1/2 cup white rum (4 fl oz)

1 cup sparkling water

ice cubes

Preparation

1Place berries, lime juice, mint and Swerve in 2 tall glasses.

2Using a long spoon or a muddler, crush the berries and muddle the mint leaves to extract flavor.

3Pour in white rum.

4Add ice and top up with sparkling water.

5Garnish with more mint leaves, lime wedges and berries.

6Enjoy!

Additional Notes

*You can use club soda instead of sparkling water! ** Only 5 grams of net carbs!
