Low Carb Peanut Butter Protein Bars (thm Fp, Sugar & Gluten Free)
A protein-packed snack that's perfect to take anywhere!

1 cup whey protein isolate
1/4 cup collagen
1/3 cup thm defatted peanut flour
1/4 cup pyure or thm gentle sweet
1/4 cup lightly salted peanuts
1/4 tsp butter extract or flavoring
1 tsp mct oil/coconut oil/butter
pinch of salt
1/4 cup water
1Combine the whey, collagen, peanut flour, sweetener, salt, and peanuts in a food processor and pulse 2-3 times.
2With the food processor running, add the extract and melted oil or butter. Once those are incorporated, begin adding the water 1 Tbsp at a time until the mixture begins to stick to itself.
3Turn the mixture out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment or a silicone mat.
4With damp hands, press the mixture together and form into an even rectangle.
5Refrigerate for at least 15-20 minutes to harden, portion, cut, and wrap each bar. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
*Notes: If you do not have collagen, you can replace it with oat fiber to keep these bars in FP mode. Created by: Erin Murray, My Fling with Food
