Lemon & Garlic Marinade
This is a family favourite marinade we use on chicken and salmon!

4 garlic cloves, minced
4 ⁄ cup olive oil
4 ⁄ cup lemon juice
1 tbsp grainy dijon mustard
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp sea salt
2 ⁄ tsp freshly ground pepper
1Mince the garlic and set aside.
2In a small bowl, whisk together the ingredients and add garlic last.
3Pour the marinade over chicken or fish allowing it to sit for 30 minutes for fish and 2-24 hours for chicken.
Allowing the fresh garlic to oxidize before adding it to your recipes enhances its nutritional properties! Garlic is a powerful anti-inflammatory and is especially beneficial for cardiovascular health. Beware of vampires and add this potent seasoning in your daily cooking!
