Lemon Cravings Blaster
This lemon tonic will increase your metabolism, suppress hunger, increase your energy, reduce bloating, lower cholesterol and reduce indigestion!

1 cup warm/hot water
1 juice from lemon
1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar*
1 teaspoon local raw honey, maple syrup, or a few drops stevia to taste (optional)
1 dash of cinnamon powder or small cinnamon stick (optional)
dash sea salt
1Mix together, allow to steep for a few minutes.
*NOTE: If you feel nauseous or experience tightness in the chest after drinking the morning tonic, please omit the raw apple cider vinegar. This reaction can occur when the body releases bacteria and toxins during detox. Continue to drink the Lemon Cravings Blaster, but omit the apple cider vinegar.
