Cashew layer:

1 banana

1/4 cup cashew butter

1 tbsp chia seeds

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Green layer:

1/2 Ripe avocado, pitted, peeled

1/2 cup coarsely chopped tuscan kale (sub spinach for kale if you like)

1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1/4 cup coarsely chopped coconut meat

1 cup coconut water or iced green tea

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp matcha (green tea powder)


1Mix the cashew ingredients together in a blender (banana, cashew butter, chia seeds, milk) and blend until smooth.

2Pour into a glass.

3Rinse out the blender, but don't wash it completely (you can if you want, but it's not necessary).

4Place the green ingredients together into the blender (banana, avocado, yogurt, milk) and blend until smooth.

5Slowly pour the green mixture overtop the cashew butter layer.
