Lavender Cupcakes With Orange Buttercream Frosting

1/2 cup of butter
1 cup of sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla
1 1/2 cups of flour
1 3/4 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 cup of milk
3 - 4 drops of young living lavender oil
for the orange frosting:
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk (more or less to get correct consistency)
1 - 2 drops young living wild orange essential oils
