Main Ingredients

1 lb bulk sausage

1 jar marinara sauce

1 large tub ricotta cheese

1 large egg

1 t black pepper

1 c grated parmesan

1 box no bake lasagna noodles

4 c shredded mozzarella


1Brown sausage, drain & add marinara sauce

2Mix ricotta cheese, egg, pepper, & parmesan cheese

3Lightly grease bottom of pan, ladle sauce to lightly coat bottom of pan. Add 4 dollops of ricotta, sprinkle mozzarella, & top with noodles. Layer sauce, ricotta, mozzarella, & noodles twice more. Top with remainder of sauce & desired amount of mozzarella. Cover pan & place in freezer.

4When ready to cook, cover with foil & bake for 35 minutes at 375. Take off foil & bake for additional 10 minutes until top is lightly browned & bubbly.
