Lamb Sausage And Fig Pizza
This is maybe one of the most delicious flavor combinations I have ever put together on a pizza! Creamy goat cheese, lamb sausage, fresh figs...c'mon! If that isn't getting your mouth moistened, I don't know what is. The great thing about this pizza is that it's not too hard to throw together and if you're having guests over - they will be incredibly impressed with these gourmet toppings!

one ball of pre-made pizza dough
2 red onions, sliced
8 figs, halved
1 lb . ground lamb sausage
1 log of goat cheese
4 springs of fresh rosemary
1Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2Cut ball of dough in half
3Roll out each ball into a nice rectangle, the size depends on how thin you like your pizza crust.
4Caramelize onions in a pan with olive oil on medium heat for 20 minutes.
5Brown ground sausage in a pan on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
6When onions and sausage are ready, spread them evenly on both pizzas as the first layer of toppings.
7Continue to add goat cheese and figs.
8Chop rosemary and sprinkle over all toppings before placing in the oven.
9Bake in oven for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melty.
10Cut into squares and serve.
