Main Ingredients

1/2 organic lemon juice

2 tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves, crossly chopped

5 cherry tomatoes, finely chopped (on it for pitta)

1 clove garlic, chopped (omit for pitta)

salt and pepper to taste


1In a medium size bowl, mash avocado with a fork.

2Incorporate all other ingredients and service with chips, tacos or with salad.
