Lactation Banana Bread
A tasty banana bread recipe to help boost your breast milk supply!

3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp flax seed
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 and 1/4 cup flour
1 cup oats
1 tsp brewer's yeast
1 12 oz package chocolate chips
1Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2Spray your mini bread tins with cooking spray. Set aside.
3In a mixing bowl combine bananas butter and sugar and beat on low until all creamed together.
4Mix in eggs, vanilla, and flax and beat another minute.
5Combine the rest of the ingredients and stir into wet ingredients until just mixed.
6Add in chocolate chips and stir to combine.
7Pour mix evenly into individual mini bread pans.
8Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking for done-ness in the center with a toothpick.
9When they come out of the oven let them cool five minutes before transferring to a wire rack with a paper towel on top.
Once cooled you can cut the loaves in half and store separately in the refrigerator, eating one half loaf a day to help boost milk supply.
