For coconut whip cream filling (optional):

2 kiwis, fruit scooped out of shells

fruits of choice

coconut shreds

slivered almonds or nuts of choice

For chia milk filling (optional):

1/2 cup coconut (thick part from coconut milk can that is chilled)

1 tsp tahini

1 tsp maple syrup or honey

2 - 3 drops lemon juice

tiniest pinch of salt

mon dairy milk of choice

chia seeds

1 - 2 drop vanilla extract


1Scoop kiwi fruit with a melon baller if you have. If not, just scoop out the flesh with a spoon.

2Cut up fruits of choice into small pieces or small shapes.

3If using coconut cream or chia milk as filling:

4Whip together till it becomes slighty fluffly and thick and creamy.

5Then pour into kiwi bowl(s) and refrigerate remaining cream for up to a week.

6Pour ingredients into a cup or bowl and let set for around 30 minutes (or even overnight)

7Pour into bowl when chia seeds puff up. Can keep remaining (if left) in the fridge for up to a day or two.

8Then add your fruits into your kiwi bowls and garnish with nuts, if you want.


Additional Notes

While scooping the kiwi fruit out from the bowl, make sure you don’t make holes at the bottom. Handle these furry babies with care. You could add or completely skip adding dry fruits and/or nuts.
