Main Ingredients

2 cups rice crispies

1/2 cup oat flour

1/2 cup almond flour

1/4 cup organic honey

4 tablespoons sunflower butter

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 drops lemon vitality essential oil (optional)

dash of salt

1Mix dry ingredients well by hand

2In a separate glass bowl, mix together the all of the wet ingredients.

3Pour wet ingredients into the dry and stir until evenly combined to form a batter.

4Press batter into individual molds firmly, use parchment paper to really get in there (remember you are forming them into whatever mold you chose to use and the more compact you make them the better they will hold together).

5Refrigerate to harden - I normally store in the fridge but remove a bit before giving them to my kiddos as my kids prefer things not too cold (or hot :).
