Main Ingredients

1 and 1/3 almond flour

3/4 cup cocoa powder

2/3 cup coconut oil

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 cup sugar free sweetener

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

3/4 cup warm water (add this at the end)


1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.

3Combine all wet ingredients and only 1/4 cup of the warm water

4Slowly combine wet into dry ingredients.

5Once combined add in remaining water and mix until completely incorporated.

6Spray and/or line an 8x8 pan with parchment to avoid sticking. Pour and spread batter evenly into pan.

7Bake for 20-25 min or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before cutting.
