1 bag of pre-grated cauliflower or 1 small head grated cauliflower (about 3 cups)
1 large egg
3/4 cup cheddar or mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, will add a nice spicy kick)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
pinch pink salt
pinch tsp black pepper

5Form into five or six rectangle shaped hash browns baking tray with parchment paper or coconut spray.
6Place in a 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes
