Main Ingredients

15 oz 2, cans of chickpeas, drained but reserve 1/3 cup of the brine

1/2 cup kalamata olives

1/3 cup lemon juice

1/3 cup tahini

1/2 tsp garlic powder, or 2 cloves of roasted garlic

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp ground cumin

1/4 tsp black or white pepper

1/4 tsp salt


1Add all ingredients to a food processor or high speed blender and process or blend until completely smooth.

2Serve and store any leftovers in a sealed jar or container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
