1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained (or cup dried chickpeas, cooked
according to package directions)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup water
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp tahini
1Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor and combine until smooth.
